Photobooth Dos and Don'ts

Everyone loves a good photo booth experience whether it is at a wedding, birthday party or a corporate event, our Photo Booth Hire offers a fun opportunity to capture memorable moments you and your guests can cherish forever.

However, it is essential all guests are mindful of others. There are some dos and don'ts to be aware of. Here we explore the correct etiquette of using Midlands Entertainment UKs Photo Booth Hire for both you and those around you to ensure everyone has fun but also has a respectful expereince.

DOS WHEN YOU HIRE A PHOTOBOOTH

When stepping into one of our Photobooths it is all about having fun and making memories. But if you want to make the experience fun for everyone there are a few things you should keep in mind.

Here are some simple "dos" to consider so you and your guests enjoy the best of what our Photobooths offer.

DO: ALWAYS WAIT YOUR TURN

With the bright lights and fun props it is no wonder there is often a line of people queuing to have a go. When waiting it is essential to be patient. Stand in line, chat with others and always get excited about your turn but remember everyone is eager to use the Photobooth just like you, so lets ensure everyone gets their time to to stand in the spotlight.

DO: BE PREPARED

Everyone wants their Photobooth pictures to turn out great and one way to help with this is to think ahead and plan what props you are going to use. Before you get in, have an idea of the fun poses you want to do and choose the props you want to wear. Planning a little bit can make your Photobooth time even better. You can use the time stood in the queue preparing what you want to capture and who you want to capture it with.

DO: KEEP AN EYE ON THE TIME

We know how fun it is once inside the Photobooth and sometimes it feels like time flies by. However, it is key to be mindful on how long you are in there, especially if there are people waiting in the queue. Think of it this way: the quicker you are, the more people get to have a go too and maybe you can even have another go later. Our Photobooth's offer unlimited prints so there is plenty of opportunities to have another go later on in the night.

DO: RESPECT PROPS

The silly hats and fun props make the Photobooth pictures even more special. It is always good to handle them with care. When you are finished using a prop, put it back in the prop box where you found it. This will mean that the next person can have just as much fun as you have had.

DO: FOLLOW THE PHOTOBOOTH OPERATORS INSTRUCTIONS

There will always be a member of our friendly team on hand to ensure the Photobooth works perfectly for you and your guests. All of our Photobooths are operated by a fully trainer operator. This person knows how to make your pictures look great and keep everything running smoothly. When they give advice or ask you to do something, it is a good idea to listen. They are there to ensure everyone has the best time at your event.

DON'TS WHEN YOU HIRE A PHOTOBOOTH

Whilst our Photobooths are fun to use it is easy to get caught up in the excitement. To make sure the does not get out of hand for you and others here are a few "don'ts" to remember. By keeping these in mind always ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

DON'T: HOG THE PHOTOBOOTH

It can be tempting to keep taking pictures especially when you are having a blast with your friends and family. But try not to stay in the booth for too long. After your snaps have been completed, step out and give others a chance.

DON'T: PLAY AROUND TOO MUCH

Playing around and being silly can be fun and is encouraged when taking pictures in our Photobooth. However, it is crucial to be careful both in and around the Photobooth. Being too rough and messing around can break equipment or even hurt someone. So we would ask to keep the wild fun outside and ensure the Photobooth is a safe space to capture memories to cherish.

DON'T: EAT OR DRINK INSIDE THE PHOTOBOOTH

You may want to take a picture with your drink in your hand but it is essential you leave it outside of the Photobooth. Spilling a drink in the Photobooth can make things sticky or even break the equipment. It is also a lot easier to strike a pose without holding a drink or a snack.

DON'T: OVERCROWD THE PHOTOBOOTH

Our Photo Booth Hire allows a maximum of 4 people in the Photobooth at one time. There is not enough space inside the Photobooth as things may become tight and uncomfortable but it could also impact the quality of the photos you take. If you have a big group maybe take a few seperate shots.

With all the fun props and the opportunity to take memorable snaps it is easy to see why our Photo Booth Hire have become a popular form of entertainment at so many different events. However, it is crucial to follow these simple dos and don'ts to help make sure everyone has a good time and that you and your guests use our Photobooths safely.
